By reimagining the layout of this 4-room home we created space for an extra bedroom and bathroom, enough space for the family to stay in their Copenhagen apartment and neighbourhood.

The kitchen, dining, and living areas were combined into a single rectangular space, with clearly defined zones. The kitchen is now organized into 2 sections on opposite walls - a primary zone for essential appliances and daily use, and a secondary zone for storage and less frequently used items. Between these zones, the dining area accommodates a long table for up to 8 guests.

Each of the 2 bathrooms has its own character - one in warm, earthy tones for a calm atmosphere, and the other with a lively terrazzo pattern that adds a dynamic touch.
