This apartment is located on the top floor of the JITRO residential building in Prague, offering beautiful open views over the city and a high standard of living. While originally planned as a 5-room layout, the spatial setup did not reflect the potential of the apartment - in particular, the main living area was too small.. A space like this calls for well-balanced proportions and a more tailored design approach.

We reconfigured the layout into a 4-room apartment, creating a more open and natural flow that better suits the character of the home. The design is completed with a material and surface concept, combined with custom-made furniture that brings the entire interior together into one coherent expression.
